Terms & Conditions (in English)

1. Registration and seat reservation fee is 50 KWD, non-refundable, and will be deducted from the annual tuition fees.
2. Official holidays and sick leave cases are not deducted from the installment amount.
3. In case of not completing the academic year, the guardian is obligated to pay the remaining agreed annual fees.
4. In case of child withdrawal or cancellation of registration, the installment or registration fees are non-refundable.
5. If the fees are paid in installments, the nursery has the right to claim all remaining installments even if the child does not attend or withdraws.
6. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
7. In case of any complaint or note, please contact the administration, and the necessary action will be taken.
8. The guardian agrees to allow the nursery to provide the child with necessary medication, first aid, or transfer to hospital when needed.
9. In case of switching to distance learning during emergencies, the nursery has the right to claim the remaining annual fees agreed upon.
10. Installment payment due date is from the 25th until the end of each month.
